Spraying System for Leaf Springs

Automated Spraying System:

Designed and developed a fully automated spraying machine for the entire coating process.
Conveyor Integration:Leaf springs entered the painting area via a conveyor for efficient handling.
XY Gantry System (Gantry 1):Sprayed paint on one side of the leaf spring.
180° Rotation Mechanism:After the first side was painted, the leaf spring was rotated by 180° using a rotating mechanism.
XY Gantry System (Gantry 2): Sprayed paint on the second side of the leaf spring, ensuring uniform coverage.

Automated Painting Process:The use of a single motor 2-axis gantry system improved production rates and enhanced paint quality.
